Based on a family recipe, this blend brings an authentic “old world” spicy flavor to your Italian sausage. Fennel seed, red chili flakes, hot paprika, cayenne, rosemary, black pepper.
Standard recipe is 2 Tbsp. per pound of ground pork sausage, but can be adjusted up or down to suit individual tastes.
