A classical Mignonette pepper blend of black and white peppercorns and full flavored Moroccan coriander. Traditional in French-Canadian cooking, great for roasting large cuts of beef, lamb or poultry. Excellent on a thick grilled steak or veal chop, as well as on your favorite vegetables. Also great in a table grinder. Use ½ -1 tsp. per pound of meat.
