This blend of black and red pepper, garlic, paprika, red and green bell pepper, onion, vinegar powder, herbs, cayenne pepper, chili peppers and a dash of sugar and salt makes great all-purpose BBQ rub. Try it on steaks, fish, poultry, potatoes, vegetables, and in marinades.
